1. Mindset that Matters: Nothing changes unless SOMEONE changes. That someone is you. The foundation of what you’ll learn stems from your mindset in a variety of different situations. Here, we are building tools that you will learn to lean into so much so that it will become a daily habit that you love.
2. Movement for Longevity: For over a decade, moving your body has been a task that helps you become a better athlete on the field. Now, there is no championship to chase and you are left uncertain of how to find your rhythm. We will talk about different types of movement, their function, and break down how to use them to reach our goals.
3. Mates with Meaning: Sports are a terrific breeding ground for community to be created without much thought. Now that the built in friends have scattered, you are probably wondering where to look for your people. In this section, we will dive deep into old friends and new friends, the core of relationships, and the purpose behind community for a lifetime.
4. More than a Job: The determination and drive are still there but it may still seem hard to find a direction to use it all. We will explore the function of jobs, characteristics that help direct our efforts, and maximizing what we do while not allowing it to define who we are.
